What is the Cancún Franchise Conference 2026?
The G6 Owners Franchise Conference 2026 in Cancún is the annual gathering of G6 Hospitality Franchise Owners, Vendor Partners, Corporate Partners, and support teams. The event will feature keynote sessions, breakout workshops, networking opportunities, awards gala night, and social activities (including sports tournaments)
When and where will it take place?
The conference will be held at the Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort, Cancún, Mexico, from April 27 to April 30, 2026 (Monday evening through Thursday afternoon).
Who should attend?
Attendance is open to all active G6 franchisees who have been part of the system — including independent owners, multi-unit partners (G8, OAC, YAC, MUOs), recently opened locations, corporate leadership, vendor partners, and support teams.
Registration & Fees
How do I register?
Visit convention.g6hospitality.com and complete the online registration form. You will be asked to specify the number of guests attending and the room type required (single or double occupancy).
What is the cost of registration?
The cost of registration isPrimary Guest: $2,300Secondary Guest: $1,900 (room sharing basis)(The cost of the convention remains the same as last year’s Bahamas Convention)
What is included in the registration fee?
The registration fee includes the following:
Please note: Golf, spa, and salon services at the resort are chargeable separately. Golf kit rentals will also incur additional charges.
Is registration mandatory?
Yes. Registration is mandatory for all attendees.
The registration form helps capture details of any additional attendees you wish to bring along. This allows the event team to plan accurately for accommodations, meals, sessions, and overall logistics. Only registered participants will have access to all conference sessions, meals, social events, sports tournaments, and conference materials.
Please note that all properties will be billed in October 2025 for the primary applicant (occupant) as part of the mandatory conference participation. You may continue to add additional attendees until November 30, 2025, while the registration portal remains open. Any additional attendees will be billed separately as per the applicable registration fee.
Are there any additional costs?
Yes. Travel to Cancún (airfare), optional tours or activities or local sightseeing outside the conference schedule, and incidental personal expenses are not included in the registration fee.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Participation in the Franchise Conference is mandatory for all franchisees, and each property will be billed for the primary applicant regardless of attendance.
Are there any additional costs for sports and other events?
All sporting and recreational activities at the resort are complimentary, except for golf, which will be chargeable. Details on golf fees and kit rental charges will be shared closer to the event.
When will the first billing be visible?
The first billing will appear in the October 2025 invoices for all properties in the G6 system as on date.
If I own a dual-brand property, will I be charged twice?
No. Dual-brand property owners will be charged only once for the conference registration.Any additional guests or attendees from the same ownership group will be charged as per the secondary sharing rate of $1,900 per person.
Is there any payment plan for the MUOs?
Yes, for MUOs with more than 4 locations they will be billed in 3 installments starting October 2025.
Are children allowed at the conference?
The conference is intended for adults (franchisees, partners, guests). Children aged 14 years and above may attend with prior confirmation from the event team. They will be charged as per the secondary applicant of $1900.
Has the cost changed since the previous conference?
No, the registration cost remains unchanged. It is the same as the fee for the Bahamas conference.
Venue & Travel
What is the conference venue?
The conference will take place at the Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort, Cancún, Mexico. The resort features multiple meeting and banquet spaces, breakout rooms, a plenary hall, 27-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, and a game zone.
What about hotel accommodation?
Special room rates have been negotiated at the host resort for all attendees as part of the conference registration package.
How do I get to the venue from the airport?
Complimentary airport transfers will be provided on April 27 (arrival) and April 30 (departure). For arrivals or departures on other dates, attendees can arrange transportation via taxi, resort shuttle, or rideshare services.
What travel documentation is required for Mexico?
Attendees are responsible for obtaining their own travel documents (passport valid for at least six months, visa if applicable, and tourist card). Please confirm requirements with your country’s travel authority.
Dress Code
What is the dress code for the conference?
Are casual clothes acceptable for social events?
For informal poolside or evening receptions, resort-smart casual (e.g., dress shirt and trousers, or a smart sundress) is appropriate. Please avoid beachwear, flip-flops, or swimwear during formal events.

The Awards Gala Dinner will be held on April 29, 2026, to celebrate outstanding franchise performance, innovation, guest experience, multi-unit excellence, and brand leadership.
Who can attend the Gala?
All registered attendees are invited to the Gala Dinner.
Can I invite someone who is not a franchisee?
Yes, non-franchise guests may attend if they are registered through the official registration portal.
How will seating be arranged?
Seating will be assigned. You may indicate guest names and seating preferences during registration. Group seating requests should be made early.
Are dietary restrictions accommodated?
Yes. Please note any dietary preferences or allergies during registration. The dinner venue can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.

Off-site excursions can be availed at an additional cost.
Do I need to register separately for social events?
No. Most social events are included in your conference registration.

Miscellaneous
Will photography or video be used?
By participating, you consent to G6 Hospitality capturing photos or videos for promotional purposes. Attendees are encouraged to share their experiences using the official hashtags #LetsGlowTogether2026 and #G6OwnersConference.
What happens if the event is cancelled or postponed?
In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement, registered delegates will be notified immediately. Fees will either be refunded or credited toward the next event, depending on the circumstances.
How can I share feedback after the conference?
A post-conference feedback survey will be shared with all attendees. We encourage your participation to help improve future events.

Yes. Travel to Cancún (airfare), optional tours or activities or local sightseeing outside the conference schedule, and incidental personal expenses are not included in the registration fee.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Participation in the Franchise Conference is mandatory for all franchisees, and each property will be billed for the primary applicant regardless of attendance.
Are there any additional costs for sports and other events?
All sporting and recreational activities at the resort are complimentary, except for golf, which will be chargeable. Details on golf fees and kit rental charges will be shared closer to the event.
When will the first billing be visible?
The first billing will appear in the October 2025 invoices for all properties in the G6 system as on date.
If I own a dual-brand property, will I be charged twice?
No. Dual-brand property owners will be charged only once for the conference registration.Any additional guests or attendees from the same ownership group will be charged as per the secondary sharing rate of $1,900 per person.
Is there any payment plan for the MUOs?
Yes, for MUOs with more than 4 locations they will be billed in 3 installments starting October 2025.
Are children allowed at the conference?
The conference is intended for adults (franchisees, partners, guests). Children aged 14 years and above may attend with prior confirmation from the event team. They will be charged as per the secondary applicant of $1900.
Has the cost changed since the previous conference?
No, the registration cost remains unchanged. It is the same as the fee for the Bahamas conference.
Venue & Travel
What is the conference venue?
The conference will take place at the Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort, Cancún, Mexico. The resort features multiple meeting and banquet spaces, breakout rooms, a plenary hall, 27-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, and a game zone.
What about hotel accommodation?
Special room rates have been negotiated at the host resort for all attendees as part of the conference registration package.
How do I get to the venue from the airport?
Complimentary airport transfers will be provided on April 27 (arrival) and April 30 (departure). For arrivals or departures on other dates, attendees can arrange transportation via taxi, resort shuttle, or rideshare services.
What travel documentation is required for Mexico?
Attendees are responsible for obtaining their own travel documents (passport valid for at least six months, visa if applicable, and tourist card). Please confirm requirements with your country’s travel authority.
Dress Code
What is the dress code for the conference?
Are casual clothes acceptable for social events?
For informal poolside or evening receptions, resort-smart casual (e.g., dress shirt and trousers, or a smart sundress) is appropriate. Please avoid beachwear, flip-flops, or swimwear during formal events.

What is the Awards Gala Dinner?
The Awards Gala Dinner will be held on April 29, 2026, to celebrate outstanding franchise performance, innovation, guest experience, multi-unit excellence, and brand leadership.
Who can attend the Gala?
All registered attendees are invited to the Gala Dinner.
Can I invite someone who is not a franchisee?
Yes, non-franchise guests may attend if they are registered through the official registration portal.
How will seating be arranged?
Seating will be assigned. You may indicate guest names and seating preferences during registration. Group seating requests should be made early.
Are dietary restrictions accommodated?
Yes. Please note any dietary preferences or allergies during registration. The dinner venue can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.

What social or networking events are included?
Off-site excursions can be availed at an additional cost.
Do I need to register separately for social events?
No. Most social events are included in your conference registration.
What is the dress code for social events?
Smart resort casual is suitable for social events, while business casual is recommended for evening networking functions.

What health and safety measures will be in place?
The event will comply with all current local health and safety guidelines in Cancún. First aid and medical support details will be provided in the final delegate pack.
Is the venue accessible?

Should I purchase travel insurance?
Yes. All attendees are strongly encouraged to have travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

Are group flight rates available?
Flight bookings are the responsibility of attendees. It is recommended to book early for the best fares.
What currency is used in Mexico?
The local currency is the Mexican Peso (MXN). Most resorts also accept US Dollars, and major credit cards are widely accepted. Carry a small amount of cash for incidentals.
What should I do if my travel plans change?
If you experience delays or flight changes, please inform the event team promptly. The hotel will hold your reservation until the standard check-in time on arrival day.

Is the conference hotel the same as the event venue?
Yes. All conference sessions, meals, and social events will be held at the host resort.

You may choose single, or twin-share rooms based on availability in the registration form.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
What’s included in the resort stay?
A: Rooms include air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, minibar, and full resort access. Spa, salon, excursions, and premium dining experiences are not included and will be chargeable.

Will photography or video be used?
By participating, you consent to G6 Hospitality capturing photos or videos for promotional purposes. Attendees are encouraged to share their experiences using the official hashtags #LetsGlowTogether2026 and #G6OwnersConference.
What happens if the event is cancelled or postponed?
In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement, registered delegates will be notified immediately. Fees will either be refunded or credited toward the next event, depending on the circumstances.
How can I share feedback after the conference?
A post-conference feedback survey will be shared with all attendees. We encourage your participation to help improve future events.

Will there be Wi-Fi at the venue?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the resort for all attendees.
